Terms & Conditions

BOOKINGS & PRICING

All pricing and packages are dependant on bar availability.

A 20% non-refundable deposit will secure your booking.

A travel fee may apply to your booking and will be calculated when we know your event location.

Bar Hire does not include beverages and glassware. We recommend you order direct through our preferred suppliers; however, beverages can also be sourced independently.

$150 per hour charge is applicable over and above the agreed hire time.

GST is included in the prices shown.

LIQUOR & ALCOHOL

All alcohol will be invoiced directly from the supplier, and it will be your responsibility to ensure adherence to all necessary licensing requirements.

INSURANCE & DAMAGES

A $750 bond is payable at the same time the balance is due (10 working days before the event) The bond will be returned at the end of the hire period unless there has been theft or damage to the Bar or equipment, this cost will be deducted from the bond and the difference refunded. The Hirer is liable for any damage or loss exceeding the Bond amount and shall pay full replacement costs.

CANCELLATION

Non-refundable deposit, any booking cancelled within 30 days is non refundable all other cancellations are refundable less deposit. 

COVID-19

All bookings that are affected due to a Covid-19 alert level change negatively affecting gathering numbers can either be postponed to a preferred date or fully refundable.
